Whilst we (the staff and owner of this forum) attempt to edit or remove any undesirable messages (as defined above), it is not feasible for us to review every message that is posted on this discussion system. Therefore, you acknowledge that all messages posted on this discussion system express the views and opinions of the original message author and not necessarily the views of this bulletin board, its staff, its subsidiaries, or this forum's owner. Consequently, we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy and completeness of every message. We cannot be held liable for any hacking attempt in which your data is compromised.

Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify the administrator or staff of this forum. We reserve the right to remove objectionable content. You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of this forum, any related websites to this forum, its staff, and its subsidiaries from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use or misuse of Pulse Up, violation of these Terms, violation of the rights of any other person or entity, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you herein. The owner of this forum also reserves the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation resulting from your use of this forum.

Furthermore, we HIGHLY recommend that you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft. After you register and log in to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information that the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.
